open to seniors age 50 or better; walk-ins are welcome.
No registration, membership, or fee is required to attend. For

Arthritis Group
Fourth Wednesday of the month, walk in.
10-11:30, Alder
These monthly meetings feature a variety of programs to benefit those living with arthritis. Participants enjoy speakers on a range of topics, as well as sessions devoted to support and sharing. The group is co-sponsored by the Arthritis Foundation.

Caregiver Group
Third Tuesday of each month, walk in.

The Caregivers Group is designed for family members and friends caring for older adults with memory problems due to Alzheimer’s disease or related dementias. In this small group, you will receive understanding, information and ideas to benefit you and your loved ones. The group is co-sponsored by the Alzheimer’s Association.

Vision Group Fourth Monday of the month, walk in
1-2:30p, Acorn
This monthly group offers visually impaired adults an opportunity to obtain information, education and mutual support in matters related to vision impairments. A guest speaker is featured monthly, offering a broad range of topics related to vision loss. The group is co-sponsored by Vision Northwest. Dr. Gregg Wood is the group leader.
Widowed Group
First Wednesday of each month, walk in.

If you have lost a spouse or a significant other, please join this group of caring adults who offer you support and friendship. Meet with others who are experiencing grief, loneliness and the challenges of a different life. Experience the benefits of mutual care by reaching out to those who will understand your sorrow.
