Approve Meeting Minutes—April 2017 R. Matthews <br /> Lee Wicklund made a motion to approve the April minutes. Willie Poinsette seconded the <br /> motion. April minutes approved with corrections. <br /> 3. Open Public Communication R. Matthews <br /> The purpose of citizen comment is to allow citizens to present information or raise an issue regarding items not on the agenda. <br /> A time limit of five minutes per citizen shall apply. <br /> 4. Old Business <br /> 4.1 City Council Update Mayor Studebaker <br /> Mayor Studebaker gave updates on the following topics; <br /> Clackamas County citizens taking a tour of Wizer Block (Block 137) <br /> Stafford Intermittent Governmental Agreement (IGA) between Lake Oswego, Metro, Clackamas <br /> County, Tualatin and Oregon City. <br /> City Council passed the 2017-2018 budget which includes over$4 million for roads. <br /> 4.2 ACC Update A.
