Arthritis Group
Fourth Wednesday of the month, walk in.
10-11:30a, Alder Room
These monthly meetings feature a variety of programs to benefit those living with arthritis. Participants enjoy speakers on a range of topics, as well as sessions devoted to support and sharing. The group is co-sponsored by the Arthritis Foundation. Carol Martin, group leader.
Caregiver Group
Third Tuesday of each month, walk in.

The Caregivers Group is designed for family members and friends caring for older adults with memory problems due to Alzheimer’s disease or related dementia. In this small group, you will receive understanding, information and ideas to benefit you and your loved ones. The group is co-sponsored by the Alzheimer’s Association. Diabetes Group
Second Wednesday of each month, walk in.

This mutual support group is designed to assist those with diabetes and their family members, to self-manage their disease. The group’s facilitator, Janet Meirelles, is an R.N. and Certified Diabetes Educator and the author of Life is not a piece of cake. Janet Meirelles, facilitator
Family Caregiver Discussion Group

Do you have questions about the aging process? Are you caring for a spouse, parent or other family member?
Do you have questions about where to go to find resources for services or other care?
Join an on-going family discussion group to learn about the challenges of caregiving. Receive support from others who also experience these challenges. If you have lost a spouse or a significant other, please join this group of caring adults who offer you support and friendship.
