SUBSTITUTE DRIVERS
On M-W-F the Center prepareshome cooked meals for del ivery to
housebound individuals in ourcommunity. This program relies on volunteer drivers to del iver these meals using their own vehicles. The center is looking for individuals who are generally available and
willing to substitute in the absence of one of our regular drivers.
MEDICAL ESCORTS
This program offers Center
participants a ride to medical appointments. Volunteers use their own cars to take older adults to
and from the medical office or cl inic.
MINI-BUS DRIVERS
The Center offers transportation to
and from the Center on
M W-F. In order to get participants to and
from in a timely fashion the Center uses two buses with volunteer drivers working along side
Jim Liu, Center Driver. We need a few committed volunteers to help out.
Additionally, the mini-buses are also used for Center trips and are
often escorted and driven by trained volunteers. We are desperately looking for committed volunteers interested in driving and escorting
