A request for approval of a minor partition creating 2-parcels, a Development Review Permit for a parking lot expansion, and a Design Variance to reduce the buffer width between the building and parking lot.

At the hearing on October 2, the Development Review Commission continued the hearing to November 6. The record was left open to allow new written evidence to be submitted by 5:00 p.m. on October 18. Written evidence was submitted by the applicant (Exhibit F15) and the Lake Grove Business Association (Exhibit G100).  Also, two additional exhibits were posted at the request of the Commission that includes the file for the Lake Grove Shopping Center Remodel (LU 10-0043) and a memo from Brant Williams, Boones Ferry Road Improvement Project Staff, regarding the acquisition of the Right-of-Way of the Round Table Pizza property along Boones Ferry Road.  Rebuttal to only the new written evidence received must be submitted by 5:00 p.m. on October 27. Staff response to the new evidence and rebuttals will be published by November 3.
