A request from the City of Lake Oswego for amendments to the Community Development Code (CDC), Chapter 50.03.002.3 Use Table and 50.10.003 Definitions, to allow “Farm Stands” in certain zones.
The City Council approved the proposed amendments and adopted Ordinance 2639 (including Findings and Conclusions) at its meeting on June 3, 2014. A link can be found below under "Key Documents."

At its meeting on Monday, February 24, 2014, the Planning Commission made a preliminary recommendation that the City Council approve the applicant's proposal with amendments. The Findings, Conclusions and Order (the final recommendation) will be considered at the meeting on March 10, 2014.
At its meeting on February 10, 2014, the Planning Commission opened the public hearing and immediately continued it to their next meeting on February 24, 2014.

Note: Materials exempt under the Oregon Public Records Law, ORS 192.501 and 192.502 may be withheld from public review of the Case File; such materials are NOT a part of the “record” before the reviewing authority in determining whether or not the proposed development complies with the applicable criteria.
