The Sustainability Advisory Board (SAB) is a citizen advisory body appointed by the City Council consisting of nine regular members appointed for three-year terms, plus two members less than 18 years old at the time of appointment who shall be appointed for one-year terms which may be renewed for one additional year.

Meetings are held the third Monday of every month from 6:30 pm to 8:30 pm. Meeting time, date, and location are subject to change. Please check current meeting agenda or contact staff at 503-635-0291 to confirm the details.
Meeting agendas are typically posted on this site one week prior to the meeting. Notices of meetings are also published in the City's monthly newsletter -- Hello LO, on the City's community web calendar and on bulletin boards at the Adult Community Center, Library, West End Building and on the first floor at City Hall.
