To register for an appointment to donate blood, call 503-528-5892. Appointments are requested to reduce wait time and ensure proper staffing. Fourth of July Star Spangled Birthday Parade and Festivities Time: 10:00am - 4:00pm Location: Millennium Plaza Park Star Spangled Celebration and Happy Birthday Oregon Parade! Parade begins at 10 am It's Oregon's 150th Birthday this year! So don your patriotic colors, decorate your wagons and celebrate Oregon's birthday and our many freedoms with an old fashioned 4th of July celebration! You can participate or watch your friends stroll down A Avenue in the Happy Birthday Parade. And at Millennium Plaza you can join your friends and neighbors at the ever popular Farmers' Market. Plan your day around this community event and enjoy delicious fresh foods, live music, and the freshest produce in town! All parade vehicles MUST be pre-registered with the Parks & Recreation Department in order to drive in the parade. Please just one vehicle per family or business.
