Prior to the adoption of Ord. 2316 on 03/05/2002, Section 34.06.147 read as follows.

Violations of the Community Development Code of the City of Lake Oswego (LOC Chapter 49 50 ), as now or hereafter constituted, are hereby declared civil violations and such violations may in addition to or in lieu of other remedies or enforcement measures provided by State law or ordinance be enforced under the provisions of this chapter. Whenever the City Manager becomes aware of violations of the provisions of the Community Development Code, he may initiate enforcement measures as prescribed herein.
