The City Manager is the Chief Administrative Officer, appointed by and serving at the pleasure of the City Council. The City Manager manages the City’s business and implements the Council’s plans and orders. The City Manager is the Chief Budget Officer, and serves as the Executive Director of the Lake Oswego Redevelopment Agency.
