Jack Hoffman is a partner at Dunn Carney Allen Higgins & Tongue. He served on the Lake Oswego City Council for two terms from 1998 to 2006. Other governmental experience includes the Metro Policy Advisory Committee, Lake Oswego Park and Recreation Advisory Board, Team Sports Advisory Committee, Lakewood Bay Park Advisory Committee and the Luscher Farm Task Force.
Mayor Hoffman holds both a Bachelor of Science degree in Zoology and a Master of Science degree in Environmental Science from Washington State University. He earned his law degree from Lewis and Clark College, Northwestern School of Law.

Kristin Johnson is a Special Projects Manager at Denton Plastics, Inc.
She was a member of the Lake Oswego Youth Council. Other service includes volunteering with the Festival of the Arts, Oregon Girls State and Girls Nation, Steps to End Family Violence (New York), campaign volunteer, and 5th grade Sunday school teacher.
Councilor Johnson studied theology and political science at Boston College. She earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Oregon Clark Honors College.

Donna Jordan has a background in public relations and advertising management for public utilities and private corporations. She was also a licensed realtor. Her governmental experience includes the Lake Grove Village Center Advisory Committee, the Lake Oswego Transportation Advisory Board, Oregon School Boards’ Association, Portland Public Schools Board, and the Multnomah Education Service District Board.

Mary Olson has a professional background in accounting and financial management, and is currently working part time for the Oregon City School District. She has been active in local political campaigns and has served on many school committees and non-profit boards. She served two terms on the Lake Oswego Parks and Recreation Advisory Board and served a partial term on the Planning Commission prior to her election to the Council.
