Jack Hoffman was elected as the Lake Oswego Mayor in 2008. He was also twice elected to the City Council and served from 1998 to 2006.   Jack has been a practicing attorney since 1976. He is a partner in the firm of Dunn, Carney, Allen, Higgins, and Tongue, specializing in land use, environmental, condemnation, and general litigation.  He was named to the 2011 edition of Best Lawyers®, the oldest and most respected peer-review publication in the legal profession.

 

Mayor Hoffman received his law degree from the Northwestern School of Law at Lewis and Clark College. He has B.S. degree in Zoology and a M.S. degree in Environmental Science from Washington State University.

Jeff Gudman is a local businessman, investor, active volunteer and 34-year resident of Lake Oswego.  He has served on numerous City committees including West End Building Task Force, Chair of Lake Oswego Neighborhood Action Coalition, Chair of Lake Oswego Shuttle Transit Advisory Committee and Chair of the City of Lake Oswego Budget Committee. 

 

Councilor Gudman holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Pomona College and a Masters in Business Administration from the University of Pennsylvania, Wharton School of Business.

Donna Jordan has a background in public relations and advertising management for public utilities and private corporations. She was also a licensed realtor. Her governmental experience includes the Lake Grove Village Center Advisory Committee, the Lake Oswego Transportation Advisory Board, Oregon School Boards’ Association, Portland Public Schools Board, and the Multnomah Education Service District Board.

Councilor Jordan earned a Bachelor of Science in journalism from the University of Oregon.

Mike Kehoe is a fifth generation Oregon native, successful business owner and active volunteer.   His extensive volunteer commitments have included member of the Lake Oswego School District Reconfiguration Committee, Meals on Wheels, Mercy Corps, Habitat for Humanity, Chair for Riverdale School Board and budget committee member.  He also currently serves on the board of the Cascade Pacific Council for the Boy Scouts of America, is a member of the Lake Oswego Rotary and the Lake Oswego Chamber of Commerce.   

 

Councilor Kehoe holds a degree from the University of Oregon in Business Management.

Sally Moncrieff is a community activist and volunteer. Her participation has included serving as the chair of the Palisades Neighborhood Association, Lake Oswego Foundation Board, Local Option Campaign, Our City Our Future Campaign, Lakeridge CUP Steering Committee, and numerous school committees.  She has a background in telecommunications sales management.

Mary Olson has a professional background in accounting and financial management and has extensive experience in both the public and private sectors.  She has been active in local political campaigns and has served on many school committees and non-profit boards.  She served two terms on the Lake Oswego Parks and Recreation Advisory Board and served a partial term on the Planning Commission prior to her election to the Council. 

 

Councilor Olson earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Business from Southern Oregon University.  She also has a Masters in Business Administration with a concentration in finance from the University of Portland.

Bill Tierney is a manager with Portland General Electric.  His governmental experience includes service on the Development Review Commission, South Shore Bridge Planning Committee, and the Oregon Public Utility Commission Task Force Utility Joint Use Rules. 

 

Councilor Tierney holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Fairfield University and a Masters in Public Administration from the University of Connecticut.
