Goals
The City Council goals are adopted on an annual basis,
are reviewed monthly, and modified as needed, to reflect
completed goals or newly added goals.
Vision
The City Council has developed a vision statement for the future. This statement is a tool to help guide decisions and set goals.
Statement of Purpose
The Statement of Purpose identifies the mission of the City Council to support the quality of life our citizens demand and deserve.
Rules of Procedure
The rules of procedure are adopted by Council
and relates to how it conducts its business. The rules require that the
Oregon Public Meetings Law be followed, describe how meetings
will be conducted, and the types of meetings, the order of business
on the Council’s agenda, and conduct of the meetings and
voting.
