Downtown Facade Grants
The Lake Oswego Redevelopment Agency (LORA) established the Facade Grant Program to provide direct assistance to businesses and property owners within the Downtown Redevelopment District to upgrade the appearance of storefronts. The purpose of the program is to improve the shopping environment and create better business exposure in conformance with the Urban Design Plan and the Design Guidelines adopted by the Lake Oswego Redevelopment Agency.
