Please join us for an overview of the proposed urban renewal plan projects and funding. Your input is welcome! The City of Lake Oswego is considering urban renewal as a financing tool to implement projects identified in the 2012 Foothills Framework Plan. The Foothills area is envisioned as the City’s next great neighborhood with a vibrant, pedestrian-oriented mixed-use residential neighborhood with strong connections to the downtown, surrounding parks and open spaces, and the Willamette River. The plan is focused on funding the public infrastructure (roadways, pathways, water, wastewater, and storm water) and could include assistance in the development of affordable housing.
