Abbreviations (Adobe Acrobat or AutoCAD) Drawing Check List 

Sanitary Sewer, Storm Drainage, Water and Street Projects

The drawings should include the following (if applicable):

6.                  Registered Professional Engineer Number and Expiration Date (fill in)
7.                  Names and Titles in Heading (correct where required)
8.                  Designers/Draftsman/Reviewers Initials  
9.                  Signing and Initialing  
10.              Date (date City Engineer signs)
11.              Revision Block (fill out for each change after City Engineer signs)
