The design and construction of sanitary sewer upgrades to existing facilities in the Foothills Road area.
Current Status
A preliminary design has been developed by City Engineering staff. A geotechnical investigation and report were completed and provided recommendations related to deep pipeline trenching in difficult soil conditions. Because of the unknowns associated with how the Foothills Road area will develop in the future, the scope of the current project has been cut back to include only those components necessary to remedy the most severe problems existing in the wastewater collection and conveyance system within the Foothills area. The project has been folded into the Oswego Lake Interceptor Replacement project, and will move forward as a subcomponent of that larger projects.
