Lakeview Boulevard Improvements - WO #039

Lakeview Boulevard is being improved from Pilkington Road to Bryant Road.  These improvements include construction of an asphalt pathway on the north side of Lakeview Boulevard, completion of drainage improvements including a curb and gutter on the south side of the roadway, an asphalt concrete overlay, landscaping, new striping, speed cushions, and a raised crosswalk to allow children to safely cross the street while walking to school.

Street Maintenance Fee, Pathway Fund and the Surface Water Fund

Current Status

Kerr Contractors continues to work on paving the driveways and the pathway.   Lakeview Blvd will remain closed to all thru traffic.  This closure is necessary to the safety of the traveling public and to the crew doing the work.  Access to residences will remain open. 

 The contractor has completed the installation of the pipe for the storm drainage system and curb and gutter.  The road is completely paved and striped and the contractor will begin paving the pathway starting the first week of February.   

Estimated Completion date:  Spring 2006.
