The Pace Car component of the Education Program has been designed
to provide concerned citizens with a bumper sticker for display
on their vehicle that supports the education and awareness
concept as it relates to unsafe driving practices. The motto
of the Education Program is TAKE HEED, DON'T SPEED!
The premise of the Pace Car program is to have Lake Oswego
citizens pledge to follow the speed limit. Pledge cards for
the program are available in the Engineering Department at
City Hall. A bumper sticker will be distributed to each person
who completes a pledge card.
