The Finance Department has the fiduciary
responsibility to safeguard the City’s financial
assets and manage the finances in accordance with generally
accepted accounting and financial management principles. Our
department's mission is to provide professional financial services and information to the City Manager, Council, and City departments in order to promote fiscal stability and integrity.
The general functions
of Finance include budgeting, audits, cash
and investment management, payroll, utility billing and collections, debt administration,
accounts payable, banking services, and the coordination
and implementation of related internal controls.

Paying Your Utility Bill
Anyone can check their own utility account online and pay their water bill with a credit card. It is real easy to use, just visit our secure site UtilityOnline

Finance sends out utility
bills every two months, collects payments,
and administers water, wastewater, surface
water service, and street maintenance accounts.
Water rate increases are effective March 1, 2012.
It also handles the EasyPay automatic bill payment program. For more
