City Bond Credit Ratings
- Moody's upgraded the City's GO Debt to Aaa in September 2006 and reaffirmed it in 2010
- Standard & Poor's upgraded the City's GO Debt to AAA in October 2006 and also reaffirmed it in 2010
- Moody's upgraded the City's Water Fund Debt to Aa2 in October 2007
- Standard & Poor's rated the City's Surface Water Fund Debt as AAA and Moody's rated the Debt Aaa in April 2005
Continuing Disclosures:
The SEC requires certain continuing disclosure requirements under SEC Rule 15c2-12
that include annual financial information, audited financial statements, material event
notices, failure to file notices and any other voluntary and relevant bond disclosures.
The City is in compliance with all of these annual disclosure requirements.
