Business Licenses
Go to the first floor of City Hall for business licenses.
Please apply for business permits 30 days in advance. There is no charge for
the license if the business is expected to make less than $1,000 per year.
Dog Licenses
The City's Finance Department also issues licenses to dog owners.
A small fee is required along with a completed City dog license application form. The City's Finance department will then issue a dog tag and sticker. Please note that the application does require a copy of a current rabies certificate to be submitted as well. Also, if the dog owner can provide proof that the dog has been spayed or neutered, a discount on the license fee is available.
Master Fees and Charges
The City charges fees for a variety of services,
from building plans and police reports to athletic field
uses and commercial filming. The City annually updates the
booklet that serves as a consolidated document of all City
fees, charges, and SDC methodologies.
