All properties within the City of Lake Oswego that have outstanding
liens or assessments have been listed on a Web site for instant
online inquiries by title companies.
Liens are listed at http://conduits.nassets.net.
In order to gain access and submit an inquiry, a title company
must be registered with the City Finance Department and receive
an authorized User Name and Password. Call the
City's Finance Department at 503-697-7413 for further information.
Lien search fees are $58 for the initial search and $15
for subsequent searches for the same lot within a 90-day period.
