Fraud Hotline
Financial accountability is a top priority for
the City of Lake Oswego. A Fraud Hotline enhances awareness regarding
the prevention and detection of fraud, waste, or other abusive
or unethical activities. If you suspect fraud, waste, or
abuse of City of Lake Oswego municipal government resources,
we want to hear from you!
Utility Information
The Finance Department sends out utility bills every two
months, collects payments, and administers water, sewer,
surface water and street maintenance finance processes.
It also administers two very easy ways to pay your utility bill: EasyPay and UtilityOnline. Click the link above to discover more about these two payment programs.
Payroll Information
The Finance department processes payroll for all City employees on a semi-monthly basis. This process includes consolidating time sheets, confirming leave requests, reconciling insurance benefits, updating employee W4 exemptions, reporting into the PERS retirement system, completing payroll deposits and quarterly tax returns, and processing final checks. Passport Services are available at the Finance Dept in City Hall
- US Dept of State has authorized us as a Passport Acceptance Facility
- Mexico & Canada borders now require passports for travel by air
- e-Passports are being issued by the US Dept of State as well
- Contact or visit Lake Oswego City Hall for all of your passport needs
- Passport cards became available in the summer 2008
