This form is for the request of an inspection from the Fire Marshal's Office for new construction, fire alarm or sprinklers. You can use the attached form and fax it into our office or use the web form and submit that. Inspections request should be submitted at least 48-hours in advance.
If you are requesting a medical record please use the link below "Medical Release Form". All other public records requests are submitted to the City Recorder by clicking on "Public Records Request"

We regularly schedule tours of our neighborhood fire stations as part of our public safety education programs for groups with a minimum of 5 people. In smaller groups you are welcome to stop by a station for a visit. If the firefighters are in they can show you the fire engine.
