Employee Association Contracts
The
City of Lake Oswego participates in collective bargaining
with three associations. Contracts are available

The
Lake Oswego Municipal Employees' Association,
LOMEA. LOMEA represents approximately 140
general employees which include clerical/administrative,
fiscal, labor, engineering and planning classifications).

Lake Oswego Police Officers' Association, LOPOA.
LOPOA represents police officers and communications
operators. There are approximately 45 members.

Association of Firefighters (Local 1159) --
IAFF Local 1159 represents approximately 48
personnel which includes firefighters/paramedics,
