If you do not have a library card issued by the Lake Oswego Public Library, you can access these databases by coming to the library building at 706 Fourth Street, Lake Oswego, OR 97034. If you do not have a library card yet, you can apply for a library card online which will be activated at a later date. Databases listed as "LOPL only" can only be accessed from home by those whose home library is Lake Oswego.
