Library Kicks Off Year of Cultural Programming
2011 is starting with a bang at the Library! We are offering a fabulous array of fascinating events for all ages. Check ‘em out below.

Lake Oswego Reads Book Giveaway Event
Our kick-off party for the Fifth Annual Lake Oswego Reads celebration was a grand success. Festivities included refreshments, Ethiopian music, and a free copy of Cutting for Stone for 800 Library cardholders. January Concert

Performing Arts Event

Author Talk
Author Brian Doyle, will give a talk on Tuesday, January 18 at 7:00 p.m. The well-know writer’s books include The Grail, Epiphanies and Elegies, and recently, Mink River. William Stafford Celebration
The Library, together with the Friends of William Stafford, invites you to the annual William Stafford Birthday celebration on Thursday, January 20, from 7:00 to 8:30 p.m. Stafford was a Lake Oswego resident and an Oregon Poet Laureate. Trains in the Library?
