The Booktique is a used bookstore at Mercantile Plaza operated byThe Friends of the Library. Profits from the store are returned to the Library as grants. As a book delivery volunteer, you’ll be transferring materials donated by the Library to the Booktique.
Responsibilities:
- Pick up and deliver Library materials to the Booktique
Required Skills:
- Ability to lift 50 lb. boxes of merchandise
- Access to a car (mid-sized or larger)
- Ability to commit to a once-per-week delivery schedule
Program Notes:
Best done on Wednesday afternoons for Booktique to schedule processing for the week.
