On Tuesday, January 28 at 7 p.m., Dr. William Seidman of Lake Oswego will present “Finding Your Greatness: What Research on Top Performers in Organizations Tells Us About Personal Success.”
Dr. William Seidman of Lake Oswego and Richard Grbavac of Portland, co-authors of "The Star Factor: Discover What Your Top Performers Do Differently—And Inspire a New Level of Greatness in All,” have spent the last 10 years working with top performers in organizations as diverse as Intel and Jack in the Box.
Seidman and Grbavac’s work shows that people who have a compelling purpose that is focused on creating social good are consistently more effective and content than others. They show how to develop your own compelling purpose, as well as a path to achieving that purpose. Using the 4-positives methodology—a simple, innovative approach based on the newest neuroscience of positive images and learning—Seidman will show how living with purpose and mastery leads to a more successful and fulfilling life.
