Explore an online course in mindfulness. The Mindfulness Course, offered by Gale Courses, is a free (with your library card) online course available through the library. Join us for five consecutive weeks to read through the coursework and practice the exercises together, beginning April 11 from 10am-11am. Facilitated by Librarian Alicia Yokoyama.
