The Lake Oswego Public Library provides space in the lobby area with the goal of providing information for all people of the community. The lobby shall be available to all persons and groups, for any purpose consistent with the laws of the State of Oregon, ordinances of the City of Lake Oswego, and the Library's code of Conduct.
The Library reserves the right to remove materials that are judged not to meet the above criteria. The Library does not endorse any goods or services, makes no representations to the accuracy of information, and assumes no liability for the quality or safety of any goods or services that may be the subject of lobby materials. The Library is not responsible for returning lobby materials or for the unauthorized removal of materials placed in the lobby.
Lobby materials must be submitted to Library staff before being placed in the lobby. Library staff reserve the right to remove materials or to reduce the number of flyers, newspapers, or magazines of the same type if there is not enough shelf space to accommodate them all, or if the materials are dated.
