Recording new oral histories...

Interview photograph

Become a part of history by sharing your Lake Oswego story with us.  We are collecting new oral histories from community members just like you!

If you have a story that you’d like to share, please complete and return the pre-interview questionnaire and we will contact you to schedule an interview. Interviews last between 30-60 minutes and are conducted by trained staff and volunteers. Interview participants will receive a copy of their interview.

Wondering what an oral history sounds like?  Click here to listen to the unabridged oral history recordings conducted by Lake Oswego Public Library staff and volunteers in 1976 and published in the book In Their Own Words.
