The College Essay: Write a Powerful, Persuasive Statement
Thursday, August 7, 3:00-4:00 p.m., lower level

Applying to college? Learn the essential elements of a good application essay through a wide variety of examples from real college applications that illustrate positive and negative features.  Tips on how to get started and how to stay on track to successful completion are also included.  Presented by Tim Cantrick, an independent college counselor serving students in Lake Oswego and the Portland area.
