The Community Gardens are by Lottery
In November each year, the past season's gardeners receive a letter and can secure their next year plots. Each gardener is required to provide four hours of volunteer service at Luscher Farm during the season. If plots are available after returning gardeners are established, a lottery opens on December 16 and closes on December 31. All names are submitted for a random drawing and all persons are contacted by January 15 via phone (if selected) or letter (if non-selected). 2013 Community Garden Information
Grow your own fresh organic produce at the Lake Oswego Community Garden at beautiful and historic Luscher Farm. The 2012 season gardeners received a letter and secured their 2013 plots in November 2012. Each gardener is required to provide 4 hours of volunteer service at Luscher Farm during the season. If plots are available after returning gardeners are established, a lottery opens on December 17; call 503-638-0376 to enter your name, address and phone number. The Garden Plot Lottery closes December 28 and all selected are notified by phone and non-selected will be notified by letter.
