The court office is open from 8:00
a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday except weekends and
legal holidays observed by the City. Court is in session every Wednesday beginning
at 8:30 a.m. and continuing throughout the day until all cases are heard. Court trials are held in the morning, pretrials at 1:30 p.m., criminal, MIP and marijuana violation arraignments at 3:00 p.m. and traffic or other code violation arraignments at 4:00 to 5:00 p.m.. Jury
trials are held on Mondays beginning at 9:00 a.m.
