Help Mother Nature at Springbrook Park

It’s time to Dig In and plant native species in this wonderful 52 acre natural park. Friends of Springbrook Park invite you to nestle tender plants into the forest and restore this natural area. Springbrook Park is behind the soccer field at Uplands Grade School. Look for directional signs for the planting site in the woods.

We need your helping hands! Join others that care about natural areas and help remove the pesky invasive species. Your help in restoring this natural park is very important to our local residents…the native plants, birds, animals and pollinators thank you! Take time to explore the old orchards, visit the dancing creek and wander through the meadows and forest. 

Park at the intersection of Atwater Rd and Knaus Rd., Lake Oswego. Park is down a graveled trail.

Who needs to go to the gym when you can help Friends of Waluga Park remove invasive species? Dig in and remove pretty but invasive Yellow Iris that has populated this park. Thank you for your help to restore the natural areas in this 25 acre park. Blue heron, eagles, raccoons and deer frequent these treasured woods.
