When the sun comes out, so do the volunteer opportunities at the Golf Course!  See below for the current volunteer openings and contact information.




Opportunity 1:  STARTER – Starters greet all golfers as they arrive to play and are responsible for managing the flow of play at the 1st and 10th tees as well as keeping players on schedule.  Starters also take phone calls for reservations only for the day they are working to fill available times on the tee time schedule. The starter is also responsible for checking receipts to ensure all players have paid the appropriate fees prior to playing.

This opportunity is for volunteers ages 13+


Opportunity 2:  MARSHAL/PLAYER ASSISTANT – This position manages play and activity on the Course.  Marshals are responsible for ensuring that pace of play standards are being met and that Course rules are being followed. Volunteer will be granted use of a power cart whenever possible to freely move throughout the grounds. This position requires the ability to assist players in learning to play faster and to provide other requested assistance for players to maximize their experience at the facility.

Experienced golfer
Basic knowledge of the Rules of Golf

Ability to enforce Course rules
