Lake Oswego Golf Course & Practice Range

Located just north of I-205, Stafford Road exit. Take Stafford Road North 2.5 miles. The golf course is on the left just past the lighted intersection of Overlook and Stafford roads.

The Lake Oswego Golf Course is a challenging, eighteen hole par-three course that plays 2,538 yards for a par 54. The groomed public course has a gentle roll and a creek that winds through several of the holes on the back nine. The mountain views from the driving range include St. Helens and Mt. Adams. The golf course provides a comfortable environment for all ability levels to enjoy a challenging recreational experience. Lake Oswego has 18 opportunities for a hole-in-one. Got one yet?

The full service pro shop features pro-line equipment, demo programs, and a club repair and regripping service. The shop features the latest Callaway and Ping golf equipment.

The lighted, covered practice range has 17 anti-shock artificial turf mats -- 13 are covered and 2 are heated. There is also a new practice bunker.

Hours
Hours vary depending on the season. Generally, the course is open following the schedule listed below:

March 7:30 a.m. to 7:30 p.m.
April 7:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.
May through August 6:30 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.
September 7:00 a.m. to dusk
October 7:30 a.m. to 7:30 p.m.
Nov. 1 - Feb. 28

7 days a week 9am to dusk

Range  10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

The practice range closes at 7 p.m. in April & October and dusk May-September.

Reservation Information
Reservations for tee times may be made up to 7 days in advance. The facility welcomes advance reservations for private tournament or play days for families, neighborhoods, business gatherings, or any other special events. Please call the Pro Shop at 503-636-8228.

Monday-Thursday

  • 9 Holes $14.00
  • 18 Holes $23.00
  • Jr./Honored Citizen $11.00 / 9 holes
  • Jr./Honored Citizen $18.00 / 18 holes
  • Jr./Sr. Discount Play Card $130.00*
  • Adult Discount Play Card $175.00**

Friday-Sunday/Holidays

  • 9 Holes $16.00
  • 18 Holes $26.00

** A Jr./Sr. Discount Play Card is available to individuals under age 17 or age 60 and older. The card is good for 15 nine-hole rounds Monday-Friday, excluding holidays. The ticket is valid one year from the date of purchase and is non-transferable.

** An Adult Discount Play Card is available to individuals 18 and older. The card is good for 15 nine-hole rounds or large buckets any day of the week, holidays included. The card is valid for one year from the date of purchase and is non-transferable.

Adult / Junior Twilight Fee
Junior golfer plays for free when accompanied by an adult paying a green fee. One junior per adult, offered March - October, 90 minutes before closing, seven days a week.

Practice Range Fees

  • 20 balls - Warm-up $2.25
  • 40 balls - Small Bucket $4.50
  • 75 balls - Medium Bucket $6.75
  • 125 balls - Large Bucket $9.00

Range Cards are available at the Pro Shop. 10 bucket rates are: Small - $36, Medium - $54, and Large - $72. This represents a 20% savings!

Lessons
The Parks & Recreation Department prints a quarterly catalog of classes. The catalog contains all the group lessons and activities offered at the Lake Oswego Golf Course. Private lessons for individuals and groups are also available. Come and check out our video lesson system. For information concerning class availability, call the pro shop at 503-636-8228. Club Rental and Power Cart Rental
Club rentals are available for both the driving range and course use. There are also power carts available to disabled golfers or those who have difficulty walking. The power carts may be reserved up to seven days in advance.

Planning a Tournament?
We offer a full service tournament program. Our staff can assist you with planning and coordinating your tournament. Also, advance reservations for your tournament may be arranged on a walk-in basis or by mail.For more information please contact the Pro Shop, 503-636-8228, or stop by and pick up a tournament packet.

Volunteer Opportunities
Join the Starter-Marshals, a program designed to monitor tee times and play on the course. Starters and marshals work one four hour shift a week in return for golf and range usage. For more information on this program, please contact the Pro Shop at 503-636-8228.

Golf Clubs
Lake Oswego Golf Course is home to four golf clubs that play one day a week throughout the golf season. All levels of players are welcome! Contact the pro shop at 503-636-8228 for more information about membership and schedules.

Men's Club March - October Saturdays, 7:30 am
Monday Men's Club March - October Mondays, 7am
Golf for Kicks April - October Saturdays, 8am
EWGA Ladies 9-Hole May - September Wednesdays, 6pm
