Foothills Park
199 Foothills Drive
The City’s newest riverfront park is nine acres on the Willamette River waterfront, just north of Roehr Park and the Oswego Pointe area. It features sweeping views of the river from a covered platform; a ring of basalt columns engraved with the poetry of William Stafford (the Stafford Stones); a timber and stone picnic pavilion with a stone fireplace; pathways, a reflecting pond, and a grass amphitheater that hosts Wednesday evening concerts in July. Foothills Park Directions - From the north/Portland: Take Macadam Avenue (Hwy 43) south towards Lake Oswego. Macadam becomes State Street in Lake Oswego. Turn left at the traffic signal at Left at Foothills Rd. The road curves to the left, then comes to a 3-way stop. Turn right at the stop light, onto Oswego Pointe Dr. Turn at the first left onto Foothills Dr., just at the bottom of the hill. The park is on the right, on the Willamette River.
Foothills Park Directions -From the south: Access Hwy 43 from I-205 at Oregon City, or from I-205 at the Stafford Road exit, following the signs to Lake Oswego. Hwy 43 is called State Street in Lake Oswego. Continue north to a traffic signal at Foothills Road, and turn right. The road curves to the left, then comes to a 3-way stop. Turn right at the stop light, onto Oswego Pointe Dr. Turn at the first left onto Foothills Dr., just at the bottom of the hill. The park is on the right, on the Willamette River.

George Rogers Park
611 S. State Street
Our premier downtown space is 26 acres located on the corner of Ladd and South State Street. This community park site includes two baseball/softball fields, a soccer field, access to the Willamette River, a memorial garden area, restrooms, playground, and two outdoor tennis courts. The upper shelter has 4 picnic tables, lights, and electricity. Maximum capacity is 70. The lower shelter has 7 picnic tables, and 4 barbeque pits. Electricity is available upon request.

Hazelia Field at Luscher Farm
17800 Stafford Rd.
Hazelia Field at Luscher Farm is the City of Lake Oswego's newest community park. It is a 12 acre site containing the first artificial turf athletic field on city-owned property, 1.5 acre wetland, two dog parks, playground, restroom facility, parking lot, and trail access to the recently constructed Stafford Basin Trail. |

Luscher Farm
125 Rosemont Rd
For this 57 acres located on the
corner of Stafford and Rosemont Roads, the Master Plan incorporates a mix of natural,
historic, passive and active uses for the site. Luscher Farm is home to Lake Oswego Community Gardens, Community Supported Agriculture, the Children's Garden, and the Friends of Rogerson Clematis Collection. There is a trail that parallels Stafford and Rosemont Roads. The historic farmhouse is the site of various Parks & Recreation and Oregon Tilth classes. |
Millennium Plaza
Park
1st and Evergreen Streets
A delightful urban park located in the heart of Lake Oswego. Featuring
views of Lakewood Bay, this community gathering place features a pergola, fireplace,
reflecting pond and a paved plaza. Many events are planned each year including the Saturday Lake Oswego Farmers' Market,
Thursday Movies in the Park during July and August, Friday Summer Splash and Sunday Moonlight & Music concerts. Click Here for a brochure about this park.

East Waluga Park
15505 Quarry Rd.
This great city park offers 53 acres of active and natural
passive areas. East Waluga includes two lighted
baseball fields (90' and 60' base path) and a playground area. The shelter has 6 picnic tables, 3 barbeques, lights, electricity and nearby restrooms. The maximum capacity is 75.

West Waluga Park
15775 Waluga Drive
West Waluga includes nature trails, an open play area, a paved walking path, a covered picnic
shelter with lights and electricity, 6 picnic tables, restrooms, and a new playground. Maximum capacity is 50. There are only 30 parking spaces at this park and no parking on Waluga Drive. ADA accessible.

Westlake Park
14165 Bunick Drive
Located on Melrose Street near the intersection of Melrose Street and Fosberg Road, Westlake Park is our premier athletic park with
three lighted baseball/softball fields, two lighted soccer fields, lighted tennis courts,
full court basketball, and a new covered playground. The covered shelter has 6 picnic tables, lights, electricity and restrooms. Maximum capacity is 50.

Roehr Park
350 Oswego Pointe Drive
This 7.5 acre developed riverfront area
along the Willamette Rive includes viewing decks, lighted pathways, and benches for sitting.
There is also an amphitheater and access to the Charlie S. Brown Water Sports Center. Click Here for a brochure about this park.

Rossman Park
555 Fourth St.
A downtown .6 acre neighborhood park located at the corner of Fourth Street and C Avenue. Includes a covered shelter, half court basketball, tot lot play area, paths, a picnic table and benches, and open lawn in a beautifully-landscaped and treed area. No restrooms at this park. |
Sundeleaf Plaza
120 S. State Street
The City's newest urban park on Lakewood Bay is named after architect Richard Sundeleaf and features lawn areas, outdoor seating, a fireplace, a rain garden and stellar lake views.
Mr. Sundeleaf designed many homes and businesses in Lake Oswego, including nine homes which are listed on the City’s Landmark Designation List, and the City’s oldest commercial buildings which line State Street. |

Neighborhood
Park Sites
- Freepons Park - 5.9 acres located on the corner
of Hemlock Street and Bickner Road. Amenities include hard and soft surface pathways,
wooded areas, playground equipment, picnic tables, and an open play area.
- Westridge Park - 2.2 acres located adjacent to
the Westridge Elementary School at 3400 Royce Way. Play equipment and a volleyball area
are located next to the school soccer/little league field.
- Greentree Park - 4 acre mini-park located on the
corner of Carter Place and Greentree Road. A tot lot play area and a half court basketball
court serve local residents.
- Glenmorrie Park - 2.3 acres located on Highway 43 at Brookhurst Drive. This is a small neighborhood park.
- Pine Cone Park and Hide-A-Way Park - Two mini-parks (.5 and .2
acres), one located at the corner of Bonniebrae Drive and Boca Ratan Drive and the other
located just north of Hide-Away Lane. Small playground areas serve the local neighborhood.
- Pilkington Park - 3.7 acres of neighborhood park located at
19043
Pilkington Road and offers drop in play fields, walking path and picnic table.
Passive Park Sites/Natural Open Spaces
- Bryant Woods Nature Park - 17 acres located on
the corner of Childs and Canal Road. Provides natural area for wildlife viewing and
soft surface trails throughout the site.
- Canal Acres - 31 acres located at the corner of
Childs Road and Canal Road (adjacent to Bryant Woods Nature Park). Informal pathways and
wildlife viewing.
- Cooks Butte Park - 42 acres with soft surface trails and beautiful views. Trailheads on Delenka Lane, Palisades Crest Drive, Westview Drive, and Shipley Drive (same access point as for Stevens Meadows - off Atherton Drive.)
- Iron Mountain Park - 49 acres of natural area
and wetlands located on Iron Mountain Boulevard adjacent to the Lake Oswego Hunt Club.
Provides a system of soft surface trails and wildlife viewing.
- River Run Park - 7 acres on the Tualatin River at
River Run Drive.
- Southwood Park - 2.5 acres located at 62nd and
Pamela Streets. Wooded and open areas with an access trail.
- South Shore Property - 7.3 acres on South Shore
Boulevard
- Springbrook Park - 52 acres on Diane Drive that
provides soft surface trails and wildlife viewing. Click on the desired

- Stevens Meadows - 20.5 acres of open space off Shipley Drive (off Atherton Drive at the intersection of Stafford and Rosemont Roads.)
