Victorian Dance

Date/Time: Sat, Feb 2, 2013 7:00pm - 11:00pm

Victorian Dance Couple

Kick off the Valentine's season at a dance just like Scarlet O'Hara's Ball and support Lake Oswego's Youth Action Council!

Victorian dance is fun and easy to learn, and if you can count to three you can twirl away the evening to The Blue Danube Waltz. No partner is required and dancers are invited to partake of comestibles provided by the Youth Action Council. Bring your valentine to Scarlet O'Hara's Civil War Shindig!  Who knows.. perhaps Rhett Butler will show up! Costumes are admired, but not required.
Pre-register $5 per person/$7 at the door.
Ages 16+,

West End Building, Columbia Room 4101 Kruse Way Lake Oswego 97035

The dance will be called by Fred Judkins an Emmy winning sound supervisor at Paramount, and for 2 years he has been teaching Victorian dance with the Victorian Tea and Dance Society in Pasadena.
See how much fun you'll have by viewing this video from the movie Gone with the Wind.
