The Teen Lounge proudly employs local high school and college students to work with youth. Many teen employees are former program participants themselves! The Teen Lounge typically hires in September and again in June, depending on current staff availability, but applications are accepted year-round! Teen Lounge employees supervise program participants, plan & implement classes/clubs, host events, and learn basic job skills that can elevate their employability as they move forward into college & adulthood.
