The Charlie S. Brown Water Sports Center (WSC), located on the scenic Willamette River in Roehr Park (350 Oswego Pointe Drive, Lake Oswego, OR) is owned by the City of Lake Oswego, but operated by Lake Oswego Community Rowing. The water recreation facility offers a variety of rowing classes for both adults and youth. The facility is open from March through November.

Hours

The WSC is open when classes are being conducted. Classes are offered mid-March through November 1.

Access to the Facility

Please call in advance for information. The facility is located at the end of Oswego Pointe Drive. Look for directional signs in the parking lot of Roehr Park (350 Oswego Pointe Drive, Lake Oswego, OR).

Recreational Programs

Besides the rowing related classes and activities offered by Lake Oswego Community Rowing, the Parks & Recreation Department offers canoe and kayak classes.

Registration Requirements

Enrollment in any rowing program is dependent on the following requirements:

  • Current and signed Swim Test form or Certified Life Guard certificate

  • Completed Personal Information Form (PIF)

  • Completed United States Rowing Association (USRA) waiver
