Background

The City of Lake Oswego and the Lake Oswego Corporation have jointly sponsored a study examining issues and possible revisions to development regulations for lakefront properties.

The City and Lake Oswego Corporation contracted with the University of Oregon to conduct a lakefront zoning study.  The cost of the study ($20,000) was split with the Lake Oswego Corporation.  City staff, along with Bob Barman and Linda Kerl, Lake Oswego Corporation Board Members, served as members of the coordinating committee for this project.
