The Applicant is requesting the following: The Lake Oswego City Council will consider an appeal of the Development Review Commission’s (DRC) decision to deny a request, following remand from the Oregon Land Use Board of Appeals (LUBA), for a 45-unit Congregate Housing facility at 4255 Oakridge Road.
