APPLICANT'S REQUEST

The Applicant is requesting the following:

  • Adoption of a new Flood Management Area Map;
  • Amendments to LOC Articles 50.02 (Definitions) and 50.44 (Flood Management Area).

Proposed Ordinance No. 2507, (LU 07-0085), has been drafted to comply with Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) regulations for Flood Insurance.
