Mr. Barman testified at the January 25, 2010 hearing as the Area 1 Representative for the Palisades Neighborhood Association and indicated that he was a former representative of the Lake Oswego Corporation. LU 08-0052A consists of provisions that are part of a group of proposed amendments contained in LU 08-0052 that have been separated and forwarded to City Council for consideration to coincide with the Lake drawdown allowing property owners to perform maintenance and improvements.

The portion of Ordinance 2525 amending LOC Chapter 50, Section 50.22.030 has been separated into Ordinance 2556. Proposed amendments allow accessory structures and water dependent uses to occur within the Oswego Lake setback.
