The Applicant is requesting the following:

Development Review Permit to remodel and expand an existing structure.  In addition, the applicant is requesting approval of two Class 1 variances, as follows:

• A 2-foot reduction to the front yard setback to reduce it from 20’ to 18’
• A 4-foot reduction to the parking aisle width to reduce it from 24’ to 20’

The applicant is also requesting approval to remove two trees.
