The Applicant is requesting the following:

A formal review of the conditions of approval required in LU 08-0007 and LU 09-0012, which relate to the Lakeridge High School Conditional Use Permit for the athletic field.  A formal review by the Development Review Commission is required each year for three consecutive years following the decision date for LU 08-0007.  The purpose of the review is to determine if the conditions of approval are being adequately met. The present request is for the third and final review of the prior approvals.
