Glenmorrie Neighborhood Plan Implementation

The Glenmorrie Neighborhood Association is developing strategies to implement the neighborhood plan that was adopted by City Council in 2000.

On March 20, 2009 a survey and informational flyer was mailed to all properties (and absentee owners) in the Glenmorrie Neighborhood.

On June 17, 2009 a second open house was held for the neighborhood to hear the survey results and to vote on the code provisions to propose to Planning Commission and City Council.

On September 17, 2009 the Glenmorrie Neighborhood presented a narrowed list of code provisions to the Planning Commission in a work session.

A public hearing was held with the Planning Commission on March 8, 2010.

A public hearing with the City Council is tentatively scheduled for May 4, 2010.
