| WHAT'S HAPPENING :
The Buildable Lands Inventory (BLI) estimates the net acreage of buildable lands within the Urban Services Boundary (USB).
The Dwelling Unit Capacity Analysis (DUCA), estimates the number of dwelling units based on the net acreage of buildable lands.
Over the last year, the City has been gathering information for analysis which will be used in the following areas:
- Periodic Review
- Comprehensive Plan/Visioning
- Neighborhood Planning/Density
- Metro Urban Growth Functional Plan
